- How do I make a change to my enrollment?
You may log on through My Account to change the credit card, debit card, or checking account on file, or to remove Automatic Renewal. You may also call the Member Service phone number on the back of your membership card, or visit your local AAA Branch.
- Will I receive a paper bill?
Yes. A month or so before your renewal date, you will receive a membership renewal bill. At that time, you may log in to make changes to your membership, such as adding or removing associate members. If you don’t make any changes, your credit card, debit card, or checking account on file will be debited for the amount of the bill.
- When will I be charged?
If you are enrolled with your credit or debit card, your account will be charged 10 to 15 days prior to your renewal date. If you are enrolled with your checking account, your account will be charged on your renewal date.
